Biennial General Meeting (“BGM”) of Kelab Peminat ICAP

Dear Members,

We are pleased to invite you to attend the inaugural Biennial General Meeting (“BGM”) of Kelab Peminat ICAP (ICAP Fan Club), which will be held as follows:

The BGM will be convened to transact the business as set out in the Notice of BGM dated 13 February 2026, including the receipt of the Committee’s and Treasurer’s reports, election of new Office Bearers, consideration of the reappointment of Honorary Auditors, approval of the proposed amendments to Clauses 6 and 10 of the Constitution, and any other business.

Members do not have to preregister to attend the BGM.

Voting Rights at the BGM

• Ordinary Members are entitled to attend and vote at the BGM.
• Associate Members are entitled to attend but are not entitled to vote at the BGM.

“Will AI Take Away Your Jobs? – Lessons from Singapore” – A Special Sharing

Following the BGM proper (9.00am to 10.00am), members are invited to attend a special sharing session titled: “Will AI Take Away Your Jobs? – Lessons from Singapore”, together with lunch and networking.

While the BGM proper is limited to active ICAP Fan Club members (unexpired membership), the special sharing session and lunch are open to the public. Public may join the special sharing session for RM50. Alternatively, they may sign up as members to attend for free. Feel free to invite your friends and family!

Programme Overview

• 8.30 a.m. – BGM registration
• 9.00 a.m. – BGM (members only)
• 10.00 a.m. – Coffee break (members only)
• 10.30 a.m. – Sharing session
• 12.00 p.m. – Lunch and networking

There will also be a 15-minute live demonstration showing how AI can be used.

Getting There

Nearest stations: LRT Plaza Rakyat or Masjid Jamek, Monorail Hang Tuah, MRT Merdeka

Parking: RM7 flat rate at the hotel car park (entrance at the rear of the hotel), open-air car park behind the building, or UTC Pudu.
