The Fifth Annual General Meeting of icapital.biz Berhad was held on 8 August 2009 at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur. A Media Conference, in conjunction with the AGM, was later held at Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 13 August 2009.
